Event Terms & Conditions

There will only be one admission per barcode, the first admission through the gate. Any other copy or tampering of the same ticket and/or barcode may prevent admission to the event.

Age restrictions: All attendees must be aged 16+ with valid government-issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to enter the venue.

Notice of Filming 

Please be advised that we will be filming, recording and/or taking photographs ("Recordings") during this event. By entering the venue, you voluntarily grant Electronic Arts Inc. ("EA") and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, name and voice in the Recordings, or any modification thereof, for any purpose, including in any advertising, publicity, marketing, and promotions, in any manner and in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity. By attending the Event, you also waive any claims against EA related to the Recordings.

Attending Event at Your Own Risk

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By entering this event, attendees voluntarily assume this and all risks in attending the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and release EA and its agents from all related claims.

EA reserves the right to require any attendee to leave the venue if they do not properly comply with any health, safety, or other requirements of EA.

Clear Bag Policy

For the event, permitted bags should be of a clear plastic or vinyl material and not exceed 30.5cm tall x 15.25cm deep x 30.5cm wide in size. Small clutch bags cannot exceed 11.5cm tall x 16.5cm wide x 2.5cm deep in size, with or without a handle or strap.
