Event Terms & Conditions
There will only be one admission per ticket, the first admission through the gate. Any other copy or tampering of the same ticket and/or barcode may prevent admission to the event.

Age Guidelines
Attendees under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old with valid ticket and government-issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to enter the venue. Children under 2 years old will be admitted without a ticket, but will be required to remain seated in the lap of their parent/guardian.

Notice of Filming
Please be advised that Electronic Arts Inc., its parent company, successors, licensees, assigns, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, broadcast partners, contractors and agents (collectively, “EA”) will be filming, recording and/or taking photographs ("Recordings") during this event. By entering the venue, you voluntarily grant EA the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, name and voice in the Recordings, or any modification thereof, for any purpose, including in any advertising, publicity, marketing, and promotions, in any manner and in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity. By attending the Event, you also waive any claims against EA related to the Recordings.

Clear Bag Policy
For the event, permitted bags should be of a clear plastic or vinyl material and not exceed 12″ tall x 6″ deep x 12″ wide in size. Other permitted bags include one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziplock bag or similar) and small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5″ tall x 6.5″ wide x 1” deep in size, with or without a handle or strap.

Code of Conduct
EA is committed to creating a safe, clean, and friendly experience for all attendees. All attendees are strongly encouraged to respect others and practice proper courtesy and etiquette by adhering to this code of conduct. Our staff will proactively intervene as needed to support an environment where all attendees can enjoy the event experience, free from unsettling behavior, including the following:

Disruptive, abusive, exclusionary, derogatory language, or obscene gestures.
Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption.
Use of marijuana or tobacco products, in any form including electronic cigarettes.
Obscene or indecent conduct or clothing not appropriate in a public place. Please Note: All costumes must follow the code of conduct. Additionally, any costumes or accessories that obscure one’s face (e.g., mask, head dress, etc.) are generally not permitted. Any exceptions must be reviewed and approved by Event Security prior to entry.
Fighting, taunting, or making threatening remarks or gestures.
Any disruption of the Event, including trespassing in restricted areas or disregarding guidance from EA staff.

Prohibited Items
EA values everyone's safety. Please be aware EA does not allow the following items:

Bottles, cans, coolers, and liquid containers
Food and beverage (including alcohol)
Illegal substances
Fireworks and other projectiles
Recording devices, video equipment
Weapons of any type (including pocketknives, kubotans, self-defense sprays, and firearms)
Large chains and studded bracelets
Laser pointers and aerosol cans
Noise-making devices (i.e., horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, etc.)
Signs larger than 24" x 36"
Stickers
Pets (excluding service dogs)
No camera equipment of any kind (phone cameras excluded) without proper EA media accreditation
Selfie sticks, flag/sign poles or any object longer than 12"
Two-wheeled motorized devices
Skateboards, rollerblades, Heelys or hoverboards

All attendees and their possessions are subject to search prior to entry. Any attendee possessing a prohibited item at the venue could result in denial of entry, ejection and/or possible arrest or prosecution.

For an expedited entry, having ONLY the following items will make your experience much quicker:

ID, phones and small cameras, a small bag with only what is immediately needed (e.g., prescription medications, or other required medical supplies, etc.).

Attending Event at Your Own Risk
By entering this event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks in attending the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and release EA from all related claims.

Any attendees not adhering to these terms and conditions (including the Security and Safety requirements detailed above), behaving in an unruly manner, or failing to comply with local laws and regulations may be removed from the venue and subject to further action by law enforcement officials. EA reserves the right to determine behavior warranting removal. In this case, no refunds shall be given. We value our team members, customers, and clients. Everyone’s safety is our primary concern.
